Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any tour, activity or service with King of Desert (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit.
  • Full payment or a 10% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash on arrival. Bank transfer available for groups of 10+.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 48+ hours before tour: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • 24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund or free rescheduling.
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund. Rescheduling subject to availability and 20% admin fee.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations due to severe weather or safety concerns receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

4. Health & Safety Requirements

  • Minimum age: 16 years for buggy/quad driving. Children under 16 may ride as passengers in family buggies.
  • Minimum height: 150 cm to drive a vehicle.
  • Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Participants with heart conditions, back problems, epilepsy, or who are pregnant must inform us before booking.
  • Safety helmets, goggles, and gloves are provided and must be worn at all times.
  • You must follow all guide instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

5. Liability

King of Desert and its guides take all reasonable precautions for participant safety. However, desert activities carry inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that King of Desert is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence. All vehicles are comprehensively insured.

6. Photography & Media

We may photograph or film activities for marketing purposes. By participating, you grant us the right to use such images. Please notify us in advance if you do not consent.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, government restrictions, or acts of God. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
